dont dis this kid he has a kidney condition and needs steriods to keep him alive and you shouldnt even be considered human if you laugh at him and you know the circumstances so its funny at first but this person deserves respect...

His name is actaully Sam, and yes he is a sick little boy. Here is a video of him singing the cuppycake song with the girl that originally sang it, and afterwards they talk about his treatments. He was on the show Doctors, that aired on December 1st.
