Yet another hopeless comedy purporting to target teens yet really targeting clueless parents - "oh noes, out kids might take drugs and this might happen - we better support whatever spackwitted anti-drug policies these people suggest, no matter what the cost!" Either that or it's a parody.
Patience is a virtue...
