The dogs ears are FLOPPY, the lady clearly says 'Where is the WD-40' which is a product for getting rid of squeaks, the dog is PANTING WITH ITS MOUTH OPEN for christ's sake. She also asks him how long she'll let him do it, and he responds with '40 minutes or so..' Obviously she doesn't fucking care about swinging..
