Expertly calculated parody of a crappy 3-camera show. I was laughing an cringing at the same time. It's played so straight that a lot of people didn't even get the joke. Which is unfortunate, but makes it all the better for people who get where its coming from. Well done, Apatow. Spot on.

Come on people! The overdone, young and attractive teacher who uses new age slang to win over the inner-city kids? The over-the-top laugh track? Well that and everything here screams Apatow. Seems like the funny or die community is not what it used to be.
