As fake as it is… I’ll bet that it’s at least based on reality. Women (my wife included) get so retarded about their wedding. PMS is nothing compared to a woman the 7 days before their wedding day. I refer to it as the “Barbie Dream Wedding Psychosis” and I take time to warn all my male friends about it.

Very entertaining, but not real. It is indeed staged. The bride is Jodi Behan. She is an aspiring actress who studied at the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts. In a strange marketing ploy, Unilever’s marketing team created the video, then used Youtube.com and the now infamous video to promote one of its hair care lines without showing or mentioning the name of the line. Her sister and their two friends costarred in the short film now called ‘Bride Has Massive Wig Out.’ She received an offer to appear on ‘The Tonight Show,’ but declined when producers told her that only she and one costar could appear. You Tube pulled the video from its site upon finding out the video was a hoax. In the video, she was actually cutting her own hair. Because the video was to be completely unedited, she had to maintain her act (including her self-inflicted scissor chop craze) for the full duration of the shooting. Although the incident turned out to be fake, she entertained 2.1 million You Tube fans. She received news exposure on mainstream television after the media reported that she acted out the incident.
