Girl got carried away and started wailing on the left side of his ear. If even one of those punches hit square it woulda hurt like hell. Adrenalin goes up and you don't think clearly. No different than how a man can lift a car off of a buddy. you have no idea how hard you are hitting or how hard you are pulling in that state.
