Every Strike Brings Me Closer To The Next Home Run" - Babe Ruth Provincial Court Judge Ann Crawford sentenced Jeff to nine months incarceration for something he did not do! False charges were trumped up against Jeff and, prior to trial, three Crown witnesses were intimidated and then perjured themselves on the stand. The Crown Prosecutor - you guessed it! - is a member of The Cult of renegade members of the Jehovah's Witnesses! On March 4th Jeff was thrust into the dangerously overcrowded Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in Dartmouth’s Burnside Industrial Park. He was there during the recent prisoners’ riot when the prison was burnt! What a place for Jeff to have to go! Or anyone! It is about the closest place to Hell on earth that anyone is ever likely to see! Update Jeff was taken away out of Burnside at night on April 10th and we never heard from him for six days. It turned out that he had been taken to another Provincial Jail. He is now only allowed to make two telephone calls a week, limited to fifteen minutes each. At least in Burnside he could call once a day for half an hour at a time. Why the change now? What in Heaven’s name is going on in the Nova Scotia Justice Department? Do they have different regulations for different counties? When people get inside they are treated as less than animals! Wow! We thought there really might have been some hope for justice in Nova Scotia! We are sorry to report that at this moment justice here seems to be totally blind! Nova Scotia is very sick and she needs help! Our friend was frame we looking for help! political prisoner is someone held in prison or otherwise detained, perhaps under house arrest, because his or her ideas or image are deemed by a government to either challenge or threaten the authority of the state. In many cases, political prisoners are imprisoned with no legal veneer directly through extra judicial processes. However, it also happens that political prisoners are arrested and tried with a veneer of legality, where false criminal charges, manufactured evidence, and unfair trials are used to disguise the fact that an individual is a political prisoner. This is common in situations, which may otherwise be decried nationally and internationally as a human rights violation and suppression of a political dissident. A political prisoner can also be someone that has been denied bail unfairly, denied parole when it would reasonably have been given to a prisoner charged with a comparable crime, or special powers may be invoked by the judiciary. Particularly in this latter situation, whether an individual is regarded as a political prisoner may depend upon subjective political perspective or interpretation of the evidence. This is a true story of what is happening - right here! - Right now! - In 2009! We are looking for help! Are you outraged and angry? Then tell your Member of Parliament, tell your Member of the Legislative Assembly, tell your neighbours, tell your minister or priest, tell the gang at Tim Horton's - tell everybody, everywhere! And above all, remember your outrage when you cast your ballot at election time! People Stand Up! We have heard nothing from him since that for 7 days they would not let call home! This is another Nova Scotia judicial nightmare! It is like living in Nazi Germany, where charges could be drummed up, a person could be arrested, found legally guilty and never heard of again! Expecting the worst after Jeff had to face by himself Court Judge Ann Crawford sentenced him then she put off on and on went, we couldn't get a lawyer to come until the sentencing and did nothing! He was supposed to do the appeal he ran away to! Jeff had previously initiated in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court an appeal of his wrongful conviction. It to be scheduled to be heard on March 14, 2009, which is next week. He cannot get a lawyer, as the Nova Scotia Barristers Society has blackballed his case. He is unjustly imprisoned, incommunicado, and alone. It looks like his appeal will never be heard. Behold how The Cult can subvert the Nova Scotia justice system to attack, injure and take revenge on anyone they choose! Today it is Jeff. Tomorrow it could be you! People stand up!
