"Brain-seizing artistry." - D. Harvey/LA Weekly "Stunned and amazed. I've never seen anything like it." - H. Wesson/LA Times "The only comedian today wearing the comedy-genius mantle once borne by Lenny Bruce and Andy Kaufman." - M. Heaton/Cleveland Plain Dealer "Love your show, buddy. I watch it all the time." - Adam Sandler (Wore ZD t-shirt in holiday message to U.S. troops!) "Everyone knows Zuma Dogg!" - Reggie Miller/NBA Some people know me from "The Zuma Dogg Show" as seen throughout Los Angeles the past seven years on public access cable. (Ask around.) And this past year and four months, my career has taken a "Kaufmanesque" twist, as the public access improv goofball, ended up inside Los Angeles City Hall as a political activist, and now has it has now attracted a lot of citywide and national attention; with coverage in LA Times, Daily News, LA Weekly, LA City beat, other newspapers, all the blogs, local and national radio, Vh1, KCET/PBS and now, as ZD walks the streets of Los Angeles (as a homeless public advocate), he is greeted by people throught the day, who tell him their stories and issues that he takes back and represents before City Council and the mayor, as "Zuma Dogg". At the end of the day, for all the comedy club stages and reality scenarios you could try and create... There has been no better source of constant and never-ending improv comedy opportunities than what happens when you walk in the door at LA City Hall!
