My insurance company also includes end of life counseling. You set up what you want them to do ahead of time depending on the severity of the injury.
It's a nice perk. Alot of insurance co's don't pay for it. I think it's a great.
There already is health care rationing. The current system is the richer you are the less your care is rationed because you can afford a better plan. Barring of course the possibility that you may have a precondition that you are unaware of.
