hate to tell you air bags dont work like that, there are a few factors which all need to be true for airbags to deploy.
1. Car must be going at least 10mph
2. Seatbelt Pretensioners have to have fired (these are the locks on the seatbelts which pull you back into your seat)
3. The bumber (or area of sensor for side impact etc) has to be crumpled to a certain po... more >
