Mustache Kings are a comedy band created by Nick Cantone and Brandon Freitag. Nick is a nationally touring comedian (www.nickcantone.com) and Brandon is a professional musician. They both rock the stache! The story of the Mustache Kings begins on the soft white sand of Clearwater Beach, Florida, in a restaurant overlooking the brilliant blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. It was a simple and happy time for young Nick and Brandon. They were carefree busboys, spending their days salivating over bikini clad women and whipping each other with wet, bacteria ridden towels. With their prepubescent mustaches blowing in the beach breeze and their love of draft beer and Mary Jane, there was never a cloudy day for the duo. Life was good. Unfortunately, darker days lied ahead. Poor decision making and crappy busboy wages would eventually put an end to those happy youthful days. The duo became poverty stricken. Nicks money was tied up in Saturn payments and an unhealthy addiction to all things mime related. Brandon was constantly being arrested because of a vile impersonator who had stolen his identity. Tragedy befell our heroes. They decided to leave table cleaning behind, and go their separate ways. The result was disastrous. Brandon began wearing heavy amounts of cologne. Nick wound up in Virginia, eventually living in his parents garage. The sparkle in their eye dimmed, and the skip in their step turned into a horrible crooked hobble. They were down, but not out... A series of failures fatefully led Nick out of his parents garage and back to Florida. Destiny's darlings were reunited. As soon as Nick and Brandon embraced, their mustaches bloomed back to their full glory. They knew what had to be done, and soon a new project was created. Out of the darkness exploded the Mustache Kings! They mixed together a wild concoction of music and comedy. They brewed up a chemical cocktail of broken dreams and false bravado. Nick and Brandon became Escaletto and Bonesaw, their mustachioed alter egos. Book yourself a one way ticket to good times. Just don't sit next to the mime.
