  • Really, f*ck Bank of America. I used to work for Bank of America at a local call center selling people credit cards, and my job was basically to lie to whoever called in on a regular basis. I wasn't even allowed to tell everyone that called that I worked for BoA, just some bullshit name called "FIA Card Services". My supervisors told me that BoA owns several other banks (such as Regions Bank), and that BoA would rather lie to their customers than be truthful. All for a sale.

  • Heeheehee, BOA, BCBS, one in the same! Blue Cross Blue Shield raised our health insurance 14% this year...and 6% 6 months ago...and 9% 10 months before that...oh yeah, and they dropped the guy who turns 65 on 11/20, 20 days before his birthday. He has a family on his plan. USA #1!

  • When I canceled my BofA credit card, they owed me $4.66. Instead of paying me, they sent me bills for 3 months for -$4.66. I thought this MIGHT be a mistake, but when I called to fix it, their automated voice system actually had a menu option for my exact predicament. Makes me wonder how many OTHER people they attempt, and succeed, to swindle in this way. Scumbags.
