Shortly after this video was made he declared bankruptcy and left the country, turning up a few years later as the proprietor of a Mexican cancer clinic which marketed a cure based on apricot pits and sidewinder venom. He died of natural gunshot wounds in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico in 1985.
