I bought a wireless router. I called tech support. Then customer service. Then I called back again. And again. Then I emailed. Then called, then . . .
four weeks later I have my same crap router, two more routers that they've sent me (the same model that also don't work) and one router that they promised me will work "in transit" (yeah, right).
Feeling helpless and frustrated I decided to write a song and create a video and post it online with the hope of telling this story to the masses and send a message to Cisco . . . you SUCK! « less
