But Dr. Wong, stubbornly clinging to his Hippocratic oath, insists on actually examining him. Vincent spends the session viciously tearing into the doctor he is bitter, angry, and volatile. But the doctor isn't easily fazed, and just might be able to help him with his asshole problems.
