We who engage in nonviolent direct action are not the creators of tension. We merely bring to the surface the hidden tension that is already alive. Martin Luther King, Jr. We live in an area where elected politicians ignore the needs of their constituents, where the judiciary and police institutions will not uphold the rights of citizens, where the media is afraid to report the truth, where lawlessness abounds and ordinary people are left unprotected and defenseless against the rapacity of a few. The answer to our dilemma is for people of courage to actively help each other. Only if we unite can we succeed. That is the only way. There is no other way. People, stand up! We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies. Martin Luther King, Jr. I have thought long and hard to try to make sense of what evil force was out there against me. What would warrant such a cunning and hateful attack? As you read the website, you will see exactly what I believe is the root of the problem. As you read “The Company”, you will clearly see what the facts have shown us. How can this go on? Someone needs to be held accountable. I keep thinking that someday I will wake up and this will all be over, but I know it won’t be until those responsible are identified and held accountable for their atrocities and crimes against my partners, our company and me. I am a fighter and I will not stop until this is resolved. If it means losing my individual freedom to get the help we need, then that is what I will do. I know what I am saying is the truth and they know it is, too. This is a plea to the folks of Canada for help, because the system has failed me and denied me justice. All I want is what any civilized society has, rights and freedoms, truth and justice for all! I would like to thank the people who have stayed close to me and with me during this time. When all hope was fading, there were some good people who stood by me and believed in me. They trusted me and knew that the injustices that were happening had to be exposed, that those responsible had to be brought to justice. They are risking their own personal safety and reputation to write letters for this website, and for that, I say thank you. How Jeff Got His Pillow Most of us take pillows for granted. You gotta be pretty damn destitute not to have a pillow! How come? Well, Jeff got jailed for nine months for things he did not do, by a very bad judge. That would be Judge Anne Crawford of the Nova Scotia Provincial Court, with her headquarters in (you guessed it!) Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. His legal Aid Lawyer, against Jeff’s specific instructions, entered a guilty plea on a day when Jeff was not in court, as he was told his presence would not be needed. Judge Anne Crawford immediately found Jeff guilty of more than two dozen offences, trumped up by the Bridgewater Police Department and vigourously pressed by the tainted Crown Prosecutor Lloyd Tancock. Judge Crawford delayed the sentencing for almost a year, but finally on Thursday, March 4th, 2009, after extensively praising the Nova Scotia Progressive Conservative government, followed by a long and furious outburst at Jeff, she handed Jeff nine months for things he did not do! The Sheriffs took Jeff out of court and directly to the Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, the same day. It was a week before Jeff was allowed to make a telephone call to his friends! He was put into a single cell, which he shared with three other inmates. Jeff was lucky – he had the only bed! The others slept on the floor! None of them had pillows. On Thursday, March 26th, three weeks after he was put there, Jeff at last got a pillow to sleep on. He had to trade a “Joe Louis” (a small packaged, bite-sized cake) to another inmate to get it! Dedicated to Jeff! A man who was completely innocent, offered himself as a sacrifice for the good of others, including his enemies, and became the ransom of the world. It was a perfect act. Mohandas Gandhi You ask, what is our policy? I will say; It is to wage war, by sea, land and air, with all our might and with all the strength that God can give us: to wage war against a monstrous tyranny, never surpassed in the dark lamentable catalog of human crime. That is our policy. You ask, what is our aim? I can answer with one word: Victory—victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival. Winston Churchill Provincial Court Judge Ann Crawford sentenced him to nine months incarceration for something he did not do! Bogus charges were trumped up against Jeff, and prior to trial, three Crown witnesses were one intimidated and then perjured themselves on the stand the manger from you guest member of The Cult the Jehovah's Witness! Jeff is now in the dangerously overcrowded Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in the Burnside Industrial Park, about the closest place to hell on earth anyone is likely to see. We have heard nothing for 7 days not one phone call could be aloud to make! This is another Nova Scotia judicial nightmare! It is like living in Nazi Germany, where charges could be drummed up, a person could be arrested, found legally guilty and never heard for 7 day not aloud to make phone call! Expecting the worst after Jeff had to face by himself Court Judge Ann Crawford sentenced him then she put off on and on went, we could get a lawyers to come until the sentencing and did nothing! He was supposed to do the appeal he ran away to! Jeff had previously initiated in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court an appeal of his wrongful conviction. It to be scheduled to be heard on March 14, 2009, which is next week. He cannot get a lawyer, as the Nova Scotia Barristers Society has blackballed his case. He is unjustly imprisoned, incommunicado, and alone. It looks like his appeal will never be heard. Behold how The Cult can subvert the Nova Scotia justice system to attack, injure and take revenge on anyone they choose! Today it is Jeff. Tomorrow it could be you! People stand up! www.peoplestandup.ca It is too bad Judge Crawford would not lend Jeff a pillow. She probably has a spare pillow somewhere in her house. Such is justice in Nova Scotia. < less
