i've been a pub cook for almost 20 years, and i've worked for ppl like ramsey - i dont wanna b a cook no more, but the best piece of advice i can give you is
1. always treat the ppl who handle yr food w respect (yes I'm talking to YOU)
2. soup of the day is almost always leftovers
