  • Gas Buyers are getting mad! Why ARE you making the gas prices so high Apu?
  • $4.39 9/10 is not $4.39, it is $4.40. There are no tenth of a cent pieces, so you need $4.40 to purchase a gallon of gasoline. It is a gimick they use to "fool" people, and unfortunately, it seems to work...even on people of above average intelligence. To purchase something which costs NINE TENTHS of a CENT, you need ONE CENT.
