The video opens with a logo that reads Bieber or Die Exclusive. The
Justin Bieber song, Baby, is playing in the background. The shot cuts to
Justin Bieber sitting in the back seat of a vehicle. Justin Bieber
looks groggy. He is wearing a ball-cap and is sporting a white t-shirt.



Justin Bieber: I feel funny.



Justin Bieber leans his head back and it bobs back and forth like he's falling asleep.



Justin Bieber: Is this real life?



Male Voice (off-camera): Yes this is real life.



Justin Bieber: I feel...I feel crazy.



Justin Bieber's head continues to bob around to the left and right, like he can't find his equilibrium.



Justin Bieber: The world is spinning around me.



Justin Bieber reaches up toward his mouth slowly and touches the inside of his lip.



Male Voice (off-camera): Don't touch your stitches, Justin. Bieber don't touch your stitches!



Justin Bieber lowers his hand from his mouth, slowly. He stares off into space for several moments.



Justin Bieber: It...it...What's happening?



The camera draws in for a close up while Justin Bieber's head continues
to bob around. He appears to think for a moment before putting his hand
up to his mouth again.



Male Voice (off-camera): Bieber! Stop!



Justin Bieber lowers his hand from his mouth again.



Justin Bieber: You have four eyes. I have two fingers.



The camera pulls back a little to show Justin Bieber holding up the
index fingers of his right and left hands. He moves them around while
staring at them. He holds up another finger.



Justin Bieber: I have three fingers.



He spreads out all his fingers and then stares intently at his hands.



Justin Bieber: Is this going to last forever?



Justin Bieber puts his hand up to his mouth again.



Male Voice (off-camera): Justin, stop it.



Justin Bieber stares up toward the front of the vehicle for a moment,
opens his mouth and lets out an extended yell. He lurches toward the
driver seat and the video pauses. The shot cuts to a static image of
Justin Bieber with the following text beneath him: Bieber after Dentist.
