Description: Michael Phelps cant find a place to smoke his bong without onlookers trying to take a million dollar cell phone photo of his bad habit. So he invents the worlds first underwater bong, so that he can smoke underwater where people cant take photos of what he is doing. The invention fails and he snaps, crushing peoples phones under the force of his big jaw line and huge shoulders.
