Are you ready to get punched in the face with fitness? Then step into the fires of the Ab Lab, with the Absmith and prepare to be Abdominated.
"Push ups."
Now how "blah" does that sound?
Tripod of Death.
Now that is an exercise you can really get both your hands around.
Note the legs up on the exercise ball.
The closer you are towards having your knees on the ball, the easier it is for beginners.
Conversely, the closer you are towards having just your ankles on the ball, the more challenging.
Sink as low as you can at the lowest part of the push up for a good stretch in the pec muscles, and they'll thank you at the beach.
