The video opens with an exterior shot of a school. The following text appears in the bottom left hand corner: AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SOMEWHERE IN CALIFORNIA. The shot crossfades from the exterior shot of the school to an interior shot of a group of parents talking loudly to each other and yelling at Principal Donald S. Wilson.
Donald S. Wilson: Please, everyone, Please. I know you're really upset about these budget cuts.
Angry Parents: Yeah!
While the parents continue yelling at Donald S. Wilson, Brian Austin Green can be seen at the back of the crown. Brian Austin Green's phone goes off and he looks at it to see that Megan Fox is calling. He Answers the phone. The shot cuts to Megan Fox sitting outside at a picnic bench.
Megan Fox: Hey, where are you?
The shot cuts back to Brian Austin Green.
Brian Austin Green: I'm sorry. I know. I'm still stuck here. People are freaking out about these budget cuts. It's like Attica in here.
The shot cuts back to Megan Fox.
Megan Fox: Okay, well, can you hurry. There's these guys out here that are being just a little bit creepy. I want to get out of here before they ask me to sign their Transformers DVDs.
The shot pans to two guys holding Transformers DVDs. The shot cuts back to Brian Austin Green.
Brian Austin Green: Well, just hide out in the library. I'll find you when I'm done here.
The shot cuts back to Megan Fox.
Megan Fox: Okay.
The shot cuts back to Brian Austin Green who goes back inside to where the parents are still yelling at Principal Donald S. Wilson. The shot then cuts to a classroom interior. The classroom is full of young kids being rowdy. Megan Fox comes into the room.
Girl Student: Are you our new teacher?
Boy Students: Sweet!
Megan Fox: Oh no, I'm sorry. I just thought this was the library. Wait, you guys don't have a teacher?
Girl Student: She was laid off.
Girl Student: Then they combined our class with another teacher's class.
Girl Student: The kids in this room are multiplying faster than my head lice.
A young girl speaks in Korean.
Megan Fox: What did she say?
Girl Student: I don't know. Our Korean teaching assistant was laid off too.
The classroom door opens and Geoff Stults comes inside.
Geoff Stults: Alright, coming through. Coming through. Hi there, I'm Jack Slater from Governor Schwarzenegger's office. Are you the teacher?
Megan Fox: No, no, I'm just waiting for my boyfriend.
Geoff Stults: Well, you're their teacher now. Congrats. Got two more kids for your class.
Megan Fox: Wait, no, no, there's no more room in here.
Geoff Stults: You know, when Governor Schwarzenegger was a boy, growing up in war-torn Austria, he didn't have a desk either. He went on to win the Mr. Olympia title eight times. Think about that.
Geoff Stults leaves the room.
Megan Fox: Do they treat you like this every day?
Girl Student: Is it a wonder that so many of us end up in prison?
A young boy comes in with a trash can and wearing a strap that read: GARBAGE MONITOR.
Garbage Monitor: You guys got any trash for me?
Boy Student: No, but Todd threw-up in the corner.
Garbage Monitor: I'll get the sawdust.
Megan Fox: What? You guys don't have a janitor to do that?
Geoff Stults pops his head back into the room.
Geoff Stults: The janitorial staff was let go with this last budget cut, but let's not forget that, when Governor Schwarzenegger was a boy, he used to collect all the trash for his village...
Megan Fox gets a very irritated look on her face and refuses to look at Geoff Stults.
Geoff Stults: ...and burn it to keep his family warm during the cold Austrian winters.
Megan Fox: That is a made up fact!
Brian Austin Green walks into the room carrying a small bottle of milk.
Brian Austin Green: Well, good news, they didn't cut the lunch program.
Megan Fox: Well, that's good.
Brian Austin Green gets a sheepish look on his face and holds up the milk in one hand and a Hershey's candy bar in the other.
Brian Austin Green: This is the new lunch program.
Geoff Stults comes back into the room carrying a kid.
Geoff Stults: Alright, we got one more for you. Whew, got a hot one here.
Megan Fox: No. No. You can't leave him with us. Look at him, he needs help. Take him to the nurse.
Girl Student: Nurse? The nurse was let go at the end of last year.
Megan Fox: There's all these kids and no nurse?
Geoff Stults: Back in the early 90's, Governor Schwarzenegger cut a microchip out of the back of his own head, with no anesthesia
Brian Austin Green: Dude, that was the terminator.
Geoff Stults: I don't know what that is.
Geoff Stults walks out of the room.
Megan Fox: No, hey, stop. I think this kid is a diabetic.
Brian Austin Green: Oh, give him the candy bar.
Brian Austin Green hands Megan Fox the candy bar and she offers it to the sick boy.
Megan Fox: Here, eat this, okay?
Sick Boy: Can you sign this Transformers DVD for my dad?
The boy holds up a copy of Transformers.
Megan Fox: No.
The shot cuts to black and then to Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox.
Brian Austin Green: Millions of students in California, including my son, are under attack from the terminators in Sacramento who plan to cut 2.5 billion from our schools.
The following URL appears at the bottom of the screen: www.SayNoToCuts.com.
Megan Fox: 17 billion has already been slashed from education programs over the past two years.
Brian Austin Green: Time is running out. 23,000 California teachers have already been pink slipped.
Megan Fox: So make your voice heard. Call, write and annoy the governor until he cries for his mommy.
Brian Austin Green: It's the only way to protect our kids and our future.
The shot cuts to the following text:
Sign our petition and learn more at www.SayNoToCuts.com and call (916) 445-2841 to tell Governor Schwarzenegger not to terminate our teachers.

- Actually Pammygrl I understand what you're saying...but you don't solve any problems with that. You really don't...what do you think would happen to all those people if they weren't educated? You think they would just vanish into thin air. Your solution is not a solution...it's just a shifting to a different problem.
- While this was made for California, with the recent education laws passed and soon to be signed by Mitch Daniels, we'll be seeing this in Indiana too!
- Superb! Sad but True! Say, NO to the School Budget Cuts! Rise Up and Be Counted!
- Nothing like democrats and liberals trying to dumb down kids so that they grow up to rely on government and keep voting them in. Good going CA.
- So, how have we struggled against this reality over the past two years? I don't want to discount our struggles: WE, the LA teacher activisits DID try via a hunger strike, local school camp-outs, a media campaign, and finally a summer school, FREE and by US the teachers and the people because our STATE & our school District CUT that progtam....yet WE DID IT WITHOUT PAY...PAPEL!!
