Description: The first episode of the 'Today' series, featuring Amy Schumer as Kathy Lawton. Kathy attends her yoga class and runs into Daniel Heinberg whom she met earlier in the week. Things go downhill fast when Daniel throws his mat down and decides to "yoga" next to Kathy. This is the first of a six-part web-series, with Amy Schumer playing Kathy Lawton, the lead character. Kathy is the 2nd character to be introduced in the series, Stephen Kempert being the first. All six of the Today With Stephen Kempert episodes are currently airing on this site. The 'Today' series features 6 main characters whose lives intersect on a random NYC day. This episode was filmed at 353 Studios in Hell's Kitchen in NYC on a Canon 7D camera, in Full HD. Several members of the NYC based theatre company, The Collective, are also featured including Melissa Ceisla, Brian Parrish, Amy Schumer, and Brian Leider, who directed.
