Kurt is alive and living inside kim's body. It's like that old flick "All of Me" starring Lily Tomlin and Steve Martin, only it's Kurt and Kim.

I love the belch shot. "Yeah, I got all this pain in my stomach" and then belch. Brilliant! And I like the disappearing crown shot, too.
