I hate to be THAT GUY, but they wouldn't be able to walk because the tendons in their knees would've been cut. Plus, the skin of their asses was cut open and sewn into the person behind them. It would've been funnier if you had them with lots of pillows to sit on. Not to mention, it wasn't only guys in the Centipede.
