  • Man this feeds right into corporate manipulation. Productivity of companies is the highest in history but pay has remained stagnant. There are more people working longer hours because now with e-mail, cell phones and texts many of us are expected to work after we get home or on the weekends for the same salary or less than those did not have to 10-15 years ago. People need to realize that the dissolution of unions in America is going to allow corporations to squeeze us.
