regarding rtrione: i don't think its similar at all aside from the tone of their voices and the fact that they're selling something with the words scrolling - when you think about the fact that these two things are associated with ads which are practically a joke already its not a stretch that this one is as original as it possibly could be. I bet there's tons like spoofing those ads, I highly doubt they copied some youtube video which isn't even very close to 3000 views

also I'd say this is better and sounds more professional (and better rehearsed)
yours isn't bad but I was just pointing out the flaws to counter-argue the copying claims. yours is hardly good or distinct enough to claim that
