Whose wee wee did he play with to get this a featured video? If the guy who made this reads this , I want to tell you to give up on your dreams. You are not good enough! I know this guy, who sells phones for T-mobile and makes a decent living doing that and I think you should try that.

Some of you appear to be the dumbest people ever. This video was not the greatest thing ever, but it was funnier than so much of the dumb crap on this website. Also, a gay character interviewing someone is (as others have said) nothing new. It’s certainly not a Bruno rip-off. God, you’re so god damned dumb. God damnit. Damn. Do you think he was just not “Gay” enough? Relatively speaking, its a real shame that the billboards weren’t a little more realistic…The reality of course, is the celebs have never looked so alive….....

The worst part about the writers strike is that we are subjected to crap like this. Get an original idea, then make something.

I’ll check out Kroll’s other stuff. I think I saw him on one those crappy talking head shows - best week ever, i love the 80’s - one of those.

Anyway, I understand why the strike was important to him, and to me, but i’m not sure the fabrice character helps bring out that point that’s all i’m saying.

If the writer’s strike means that this guy will be out of work and never allowed to write or star in anything, then I hope the suits kick the shit out of the writers.

I don’t want to argue gogogadget, but the reason this fails for me as a piece of satire is because the wildly gay fabrice personna is irrelevant to the subject matter. I’m not calling this a sacha baron cohen rip off, but the point is Ali G, Bruno, and Borat all had different agendas and interviewed different subsets of the population. Ali G as a sexed up moron interviewed highly educated or repressed people. Bruno as wildly shallow and gay hedonist interviewed fashion based people. Borat as sexist racist interviewed feminists or everyday Americans to reveal the sexism and racism lurking underneath. The application of a wildly gay guy to the writer’s strike is merely random. It was about as satirical as leno’s jaywalking with some “gays are funny” mentality thrown in. Sorry.

He isn’t just saying “look at me I’m gay!” It’s a writer’s strike vid. He’s using his character to reveal average Americans have NO CLUE what the hell the strike is about. And he just so happens to be ridiculously gay while doing it!

I’m not going to try and convince you to like something you don’t like. But I’m a huge fan of this character. I TOTALLY see how you can compare the two, but Fabrice Fabrice has his own history too, this character has been around for awhile…

Come on, “cum like a maniac”, you didn’t giggle there, not even for a second? lol

Yeah I totally agree with gladstonew, he would ask questions like “What is the in religion this year”. He would also have fashion people on and when they said Paris Hilton was a whore he’d tell them the Hilton family gives some of the finanaces so they do a second take where they say how fabulous she looks. He would also have fashion people on and when they said Paris Hilton was a whore he’d tell them the Hilton family gives some of the finanaces so they do a second take where they say how fabulous she looks. Sacha Baron Cohen created genius characters, try to think up one, not copying, but think up one yourself. It is fine copying a joke sure it is still funny, but the funniest things are jokes that no one has heard before.

What made Bruno funny was not MERELY that he was gay. It was the way the character was used to reveal how petty and shallow socialites, clubbers, and people in the fashion industry are. The joke here is merely, “Look at me! I’m really gay! Get it?”

totally agree with shoutitout! sasha baron cohen was NOT the 1st comedian in the world to create a character and interview real people! watch more of kroll’s stuff online, you’ll get it soon enough that he’s a genius!

and is it true about ellen going on without her writers? she was once a young struggling comedian/writer herself, that’s bs!
