  • "Severe cuts"? 2% of the budget. Which Obama picked what got cut. In part because it was his idea in the first place.
  • Big lie, real deal is getting a real budget. Obummer handpicking the drama now, like the little queen he is. never got over his daddy abandonment issues.

  • What is the sequester? The sequester is a law supported by and signed by Obama. In fact, when the first version of the law was in negotiations, he explicitly threatened to veto it if it did not actually have these cuts in place. The GOP offered to allow Obama the choice of where to cut, but he chose not to, instead insisting that taxes be raised, again, just like he already did in January. In many cases the "cuts" amount to little more than smaller INCREASES in the various budgets. Meaning that those departments would still be spending MORE this year than the did in the prior year after these "cuts" are made. Given that he promised to reduce the size of the yearly deficits from the $1 trillion+ per year he has been spending down to the $500 Billion+ Bush Jr. was spending, one has to wonder how he think that this can be done without any REAL cuts in spending where the amount spent actually DROPS on a year to year basis.
