The child in intrigued, which could mean it’s known that snake for a very long time and it’s probably a de-venomized pet. The snake also isn’t running away, which it would normally do. Another thing, you can’t squeeze a snakes neck together like that, they are solid creatures. That leads me to believe it’s not a real snake, but a wooden puppet used India/Persia for tourist entertainment; and the fact that I own the toy. Kids fine, just a trick people.
