Fallen dance legends swarm to a small town when word gets out about the return of "SOUL BRAWL," The city's annual no-holds-barred charity disco dance marathon. However, when it is advertised that the winner would receive a $50,000 purse, it attracts disco icons Rico Paloni and Satlyn Turner Labelle whom both had been banned from competition for their infamously ruthless tactics. Throw in a deranged German champion of new wave disco and a group of self absorbed contestants and you've got a recipe for dancing disaster.
