Public Advocate Zuma Dogg protests against a shady parking lot bamboozle scheme at the Janet Jackson concert at Gund Arena in Cleveland. The concert was already canceled earlier in the day, but the flashing marquee on the area still said, "Tonight in Concert Janet Jackson" -- AND -- the $10 "Event Parking" sign was displayed directly across the street from the arena, as if the event was still on.
