It's a movie called "Cui hua kuang mo". The American title is "Undefeatable" and I'm sure it is absolutely amazing based on what i've seen from this teaser clip.

Found it. It's a 1993 movie from Hong Kong called "Cui hua kuang mo" (no idea what that translates to).
