Description: The ISMFF is a film festival in Hollywood, California celebrating cinematic and comical feats with little to no budget. We are seeking hilarious and zany films from across the world that inspire laughter from an established panel of Hollywood professionals. Low budget efforts are encouraged and rewarded for their creativity, imaginative scopes, and unique sense of humor. Awards will be given to the festival’s most promising entries in eight different categories. What's cool about the ISMFF is that anyone can submit anything. If you've got a pure nugget of comedy gold (intended or not), submit it. This is the first year for the ISMFF. We're working towards becoming the PREMIER outlet for amateur filmmakers to gain recognition in an industry that is always on the look out for truly talented filmmakers with a healthy dose of humility.
