  • Hmmm, I don't know Homo Sapiens. I just heard a report on NPR this morning that Manatees in Florida were hanging out in bodies of water warmed by the runoff from nuclear power plants. Supposedly they're just there for the warmth. I think maybe they somehow got access to some Marvel comic books and are seeing if they can get themselves some mutant powers. Or at least opposable thumbs. And if that happens I predict the first ones they'll go after are the Citrus County Tea Party for that little statement they made against greater boating restrictions created to keep manatees from getting killed by boat propellers.
