omg-thank you for this video! i know it’s probably wrong, but i can’t help but love videos like this. and, i doubt they’re retarded, or “retarted”, alot of physical handicaps make speaking difficult. most likely they have cerebal palsy. still, i’m sure there’s something wrong with how much i loved watching this.
