I wouldn’t call these campaign ads funny, but the campaign’s approach to raising consciousness and getting people to talk about the “C word” is fantastic. What’s true about this particular ad is that once you’ve been diagnosed, no matter how fine you may be feeling on a given day, the invader is always lurking, if not actively mucking up things. I’ve never met Winkler but my impression of him is that in addition to being a fine comedic and dramatic actor, he is person of integrity who cares deeply about others.
How true. I’ve lost so many to that fricking disease! The last was my Mom, and she made us laugh all the through it. I think he’s too funny. He was absolutely brilliant on Arrested Developement. He’s aged pretty well too!
Great video !! I agree w/RickT.O….Ask the drug companies 2 invest the money spent on friggin commercials on research! We’d probably have a cure by now, if all THAT $ went into it!
