Notice how the weights, his shoes, and the gym bag are all neatly facing the camera. If all of those items are the weight lifters, then how would he be conscious of where the camera is? I'm also curious as to how the pranksters made the mouse squeak when they were only controlling it with a string? If the squeak was coming from the door, it would be pretty obvious to the lifter. Also, in the fadeout, notice how the dumbbell changes positions in the next shot. I'm not sold. I say it's either staged by the website as an example advertisement or staged by a contestant. Thumbs down.
I'm pretty sure it's the same guy in different clothes and they've simply super imposed one take over another. Lame.
