WANT MORE FUNNY?
Patience is a virtue...
This is a true story of man who was framed and through into Jail and given no rights or freedoms or a fair trail! We the people that live here watch this with own eyes couldn't stop it from happening in broad daylight. We know now how a dictator was able to do what ever the wanted to, anyone who didn't like the dictator ideas! Were through in Jail just like Jeff for telling the truth. This video is only here for us to get help! For our own people here are a sleep and while an innocence man sit in Jail to please the Leaders here in Nova Scotia! This not Mississippi but might as well be for Nova Scotia is burning!
Provincial Court Judge Ann Crawford
Sentenced Jeff to nine months incarceration for something he did not do!
False charges were trumped up against Jeff and, prior to trial; two Crown witnesses were intimidated and then perjured themselves on the stand. The Crown Prosecutor - you guessed it! - Is a member of The Cult of renegade members of the Jehovah's Witnesses!
On March 4th Jeff was thrust into the dangerously overcrowded Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in Dartmouth Burnside Industrial Park. He was there during the recent prisoners riot when the prison was burnt! What a place for Jeff to have to go! Or anyone! It is about the closest place to Hell on earth that anyone is ever likely to see!
Update
Jeff was taken away out of Burnside at night on April 10th and we never heard from him for six days. It turned out that he had been taken to the Provincial Jail. He is now only allowed to make two telephone calls a week, limited to twenty minutes each. At least in Burnside he could call once a day for half an hour at a time.
Why the change now? What in Heavens name is going on in the Nova Scotia Justice Department? Do they have different regulations for different counties? When people get inside they are treated as less than animals!
Wow! We thought there really might have been some hope for justice in Nova Scotia! We are sorry to report that at this moment justice here seems to be totally blind!
A political prisoner is someone held in prison or otherwise detained, perhaps under house arrest, because his or her ideas or image are deemed by a government to either challenge or threaten the authority of the state.
In many cases, political prisoners are imprisoned with no legal veneer directly through extra judicial processes.
However, it also happens that political prisoners are arrested and tried with a veneer of legality, where false criminal charges, manufactured evidence, and unfair trials are used to disguise the fact that an individual is a political prisoner. This is common in situations, which may otherwise be decried nationally and internationally as a human rights violation and suppression of a political dissident. A political prisoner can also be someone that has been denied bail unfairly, denied parole when it would reasonably have been given to a prisoner charged with a comparable crime, or the judiciary may invoke special powers.
Particularly in this latter situation, whether an individual is regarded as a political prisoner may depend upon subjective political perspective or interpretation of the evidence.
To deprive a man of his natural liberty and to deny to him the ordinary amenities of life is worse then starving the body; it is starvation of the soul, the dweller in the body.
Mohandas Gandhi
