An old professor actually made us read one of these, and lately Apple has been brutally rewriting these agreements to accommodate weaknesses in their method of doing business. So if you think you will get your library of music back when your brand new macbook's hard drive crashes (as I have heard several have been lately), you are sorely mistaken, and sorely without music you thought you paid for.
