This FOD Wire triggered some deep thoughts in me, Jack Handy deep thoughts. Yesterday I re-watched "Titanic" with my lonely, aging, 80 year old neighbor Hidle. I had recently seen Kate Winslet at the Golden Globes and the SAG Awards. If Kate had gone down with the boat, would she have even done the "Reader?" I just can't take another acceptance speech. Today I was reading in my Jewish Journal about Jeff Goldblumes preparation for his roll as a German circus clown in "Adam Resurrected." Would Jeff have even been offered the part if he had not done "Pittsburgh? " Could Mickey Rourke have made his come back in a Holocaust Movie?
