Hollywood, CA- Predicting the failure of the newest film version of The Incredible Hulk , Marvel Studios has already greenlit a completely retooled movie adaptation of the Stan Lee comic for 2012.
A partial cast and crew for the reboot, entitled The Hulk: Incredible was leaked to AintItCoolNews.com on Wednesday. Scrubs star Zach Braff is set to take over the role of Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Juno 's Ellen Page has been signed to play Betty Ross, and Paul Giamatti joins the cast as the villainous Bi-Beast. Jerry Maguire writer/director Cameron Crowe will helm the superhero pic.
The Ang Lee version of Hulk was released in 2003 and featured Eric Bana as the titular hero. A second adaptation, The Incredible Hulk , starring Edward Norton is set to be released Friday.
Marvel Studio's President of Production, Kevin Feige explained the studio's reasoning: "Marvel has an undying faith in the Incredible Hulk property. After the first film didn't connect with audiences, we thought casting the role of the Hulk with a smart, sensitive actor would help. But test screening results show that Edward Norton just isn't nebbishy enough. We promise to push it even further next time out."
The Hulk: Incredible will also feature original songs by Iron & Wine, The Decemberists, and Belle and Sebastian.
"Instead of a climactic fight scene, Cameron has written a thrilling sequence in which the Hulk listens to a mix tape," says Feige. "The Hulk: Incredible will be a superhero movie with more heart and brains than the two previous Hulk movies combined."
"Third time will be a charm," adds Feige. "The fans deserve a Hulk franchise that is good enough to last a few sequels. And if it doesn't work, we can always recast and start from scratch again."

Patience is a virtue...

I like when people are stupid, too.

This is a true story. I just did a two week rewrite on Hulk 1 (v3). It’s really good. There’s a great scene where Braff and Page go to an old age home and confront their own mortality in a whimsical bitter sweet way to a song by Clap Your Hands and Say Yeah.
i like when people get confused and think these are for real.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?! How dare they have Cameron Crowe direct this film with out casting John Cusack as Bruce Banner. Hey they can even make it a Say Anything reunion and cast Sky Leone as betsy Ross and some how have a scene where The hulk holds up a boom box playing peter Gabriel.
are you kidding me!? Is this for real or not? i have to know!
