6 Rejected Milk Ad Campaigns (Even More Sexist Than The Original)
The people over at Milk (that's the name of the company, right?) have unveiled their latest ad campaign: A stance against PMS? This would be a fantastic idea if we lived in a society that hated women. But alas we do not, and these ads that claim to help women deal with PMS just come off as sexist. So if this is what they decided was the best idea, what did they turn down? What suggestions didn't make the cut? Good question. After the original ads (first slide), find out what they rejected:

Original Ads
- I think this is a funny ad
- This is funny as hell!
- Getting sick of these fucking 'white knights' at funnyordie.com That milk ad is funny albeit a bit odd since it's a milk ad. Don't even try and act like women don't do that shit.
- Hilarious!!! lmao Sexist my ass, what is sexist is the way women feel entitled to become abusive one week every month!
- I wonder if a woman made these? I'm not going to start some sexism fight, I just want to know who to thank for this masturbation fodder.
- hilarious. it may be sexist, but it's funny as fuck. you have to admit it. lmao! Lol.
- Almost all are funny if you have a sense of humor... but the one about "strong enough to hit her" doesn't sit well with me. #justsayin
- No.
- I find it funny that people seem to think they can tell people what to be offended at.
- I think they are all funny, including the original. When deciding things are offensive, maybe don't assume that all women are uppity feminists. PMS sucks, and turns me into a demon. I don't like it. I'm not proud of it. But it is sure as fuck true.
- DAMN RIGHT!!!!
- HAHAHA CLASSIC!!!!
- Its funny! dont come here if u dont have a funny bone in your pocket! and I say hit her if she cant take a joke!
- It does a body good! LMAO.
- hahahahahahahahahahh
- These ads are meant to ridicule the incredibly sexist Milk ad campaign - and the device they're using to do so is to be even more sexist and mysogynistic. So, I can appreciate the hyperbole, but the issue still remains that a team of advertising executives thought it was okay to mock an inherently female burden in order to sell milk. It's irresponsible and emboldens simple men to say incredibly insensitive, offensive comments like "oh, you must be on the rag" completely discrediting and reducing a woman's opinion and emotions to a hormonal reaction.
- geekpro.es
- this isnt funny AT ALL
- i want to go by some milk now
- hohoho wtf,, laugh my ass on this one...
- How is this sexist? For a website that claims to be humorous you guys have a terrible sense of humor. Can things be funny again with out an agenda shoved in my face.
- no reason...
- Funny or Die can suck my dick if they think the ad was INCREDIBLY OFFENSIVE. Now, maybe a PMS ad wasn't the best choice, but WHO CARES! Women get PMS once a month, and many of them DO (pardon my French) get kind of bitchy as a result of hormonal changes or whatever. That's just a fact, and obviously there are many men during that 'time of the month' who have to walk on eggshells around their wives. Plus, what woman WOULDN'T want a great way to deal with PMS, not just the bitchiness but shit like cramps? Get a life, FOD. You went from attacking a simple PMS Milk ad to claiming that the people who made it ALSO believe in hitting women or denying them the right to vote. Ultraliberal, oversensitive douchebags... Get a life, you PC fucks.
- Es sólo leche, la diferencia está en el uso.
- The roofie one didnt sit well with me either, but my fave is the "because her boobs are for you, not your baby" lol
