Thanks so much for your very kind kudos. I'm originally from Long Island, but I went to Tufts, so I was immersed in the Bawstin accent for a while. But I have to give the credit to the actors. Sue did a great job with all the dialects - and I definitely threw a bunch at her - but, she grew up in Waterbury (I think) giving her a natural advantage. Matt spent 12 years in Newton, including high school, so he was also very familiar with it. Thanks for recognizing that. Oddly enough, I was fortunate to meet John Ratzenberger this week and was able to give him the same compliment. His response was also the same - he was the only actor on Cheers from New England.

Chris: Your Tech Support video is one of the funniest things I've seen in ages. I note you live in L.A. Are you originally a New Englander? The reason I ask, there's nothing more painful to us in the Boston area than to hear actors (e.g. Kevin Costner) trying to do our accent. They almost never get it right and they wind up sounding like a Harvard-educated Maine lobsterman. Your actors were right on. Kudos.
