Snapsis a secret way of communicating that relies on your ability to decipher the hidden meaning behind snapping and coded phrases.
In the game you'll have to pay careful attention to what is being said and snapped in order to guess the correct word(s). If you type in the right answer you'll automatically proceed to the next question. If you can't figure it out keep trying until the clock runs out or automatically skip to the next one.
But it only gets harder.
When you hear Snapsis Not the Name of the Game you'll need to decipher the snaps and phrases to discover a clue for the word you're supposed to guess. But you'll need to type in the actual word (rather than the clue) to get it right. For example, if the clue is striped horse the correct answer for you to enter is zebra. Got it?
Finally, when you hear Snapsis the Game of the Name you'll need to think about things the opposite of how you might usually do it. Remember, when you hear Snapsis the Game of the Name you should look back at your answers to make sure you're doing it right.
Sometimes the correct answer is more than one word so don't forget to leave a space between each word to get it right.

My apt has been totally roach-free for a long time now, but I thought it would be fun to make a cute little mini-musical-comedy documentary video about it.
It was a VERY last-minute idea, so it's not exactly a Michael Moore-level video exposé!!! I've also learned quite a bit about which bug-killers are eco-friendly, such as boric acid, roach gel, caulking, and more!
Unfortunately, there was a sudden, lasting power outage in my neighborhood the night of the web cast, so the show was delayed by a 1/2 hour and I wound up doing it from Starbucks (!) since my apartment had neither electricity nor wireless connection.

DEFYING COCKROACHES PART 1. This is just a goofy little thing - we are playing (slightly exaggerated versions of) OURSELVES (yes, that's pretty much us!!!). An odd, unusual and often delightful evening at Shakespeare's Fulcrum Gallery in Soho, reminds me of how much Ilove being a New Yorker. Kate brilliantly guides us through an evening of "Art and Conversation", exhibitionism and local color and then finally "pops" the very serious question... "Do I smell like Dick"?
