The requirements were: Genre: Japanese monster movie Character name: Fabrizio Prop: Toy dinosaur Line of dialogue: "God bless America." Production started after the contest deadline. Total completion time: 6 hours. It wasn't entered into the competition, but was the festival's introduction video.
