YES, I CAME OVER HERE WHILE THINGS WERE BING MAINTAINED. I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING TO MY PAGE. I SUPPOSE I SHOULD UPLOAD THE WHAT IS IT TRIBUTE HERE. Awesome! Okay, I started making baked ziti because they mentioned it a lot on the Sopranos. So this is my recipe, I remember it well because baked ziti is the atomic bomb!

Baked Ziti

Pre-heat oven to 375
1 hole box ziti pasta
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (I make my own for everything else, but with this there isn't any difference)
1 lb. hamburger (leave out if you're a veggie, could add fresh eggplant, zucchini, etc.)
15 oz. ricotta cheese
16 oz. mozzarella cheese
non-stick spray

Cook the ziti pasta according to directions.
Brown the ground beef, then add spaghetti sauce
spray pan (I don't remember the size, but a bigish one)

When all cooked, layer 1/4 zitti, 1/4 sauce, 1/4 mozzerella, then at 1/2 way, spread over it all with the richotta. Then keep layering until everything is done, except, leave a nice amount of the mozzarella to put on top. You can also add parm. Now, the cheese amounts are flexible, I usually buy some extra, just in case, because I really like cheesy. Put it in the oven, bake for 30 mins or until all the cheese has melted. I will often cover mine with foil until about half way, so that the cheese won't get too brown.

So that's all off the top of my head, but you can see how it would end up quite good. It is like lasagna, but easier to make, and I think it is better because the ziti pasta, unlike the lasagna pasta, allows it all to melt and mix together.
So that's it! Again, be flexible with the cheese depending how much MORE you want, not less!
