I was wondering if anyone knew the line between copyright infringement and parody/satire.

I work on a show called, “Nirvana the Band the Show”. Its a new comedy web series – but it has nothing to do with Nirvana. The joke is that the 2 main characters are trying to break into the music scene and have no idea that “Nirvana” is already taken.

We have been discussing the name of the show, and have been hearing many different directions to take…

any lawyers out there on funny or die?
