I haven't checked out your stuff yet... (which I WILL as it looks interesting... and I usually like what Litho does.)

but here's my opinion on promotion:

promotion on FOD is done through being and gaining fans, and "chatting" with folks... shameless self-promotion is mostly tolerated but annoying spam is not cool. the FOD'er will be a loyal and staunch fan.

then, when you've built a strong following here... move your vid(s) to youtube, and your fans will follow and support you... plus using other social networking sites to promote your youtube stuff through "real life friends" doesn't hurt either.

Good luck! I hope this helps... just my experience (promoting others mostly.)
