Nathan Satan, using what he refers to as Cosmic Art, brainwashes one of his fans at the touch of a button into becoming the 5th Street Psycho. He then kills all across the city, each crime scene becoming part of a Satanic Pentagram sprawling across the map of Los Angeles. Only Barrero can crack the case, by looking at the crime patterns and deciphering where the next attack will be.

The guy who plays Smokey is just perfect- he's got the look, the voice...excellent casting. You guys are definitely going places!
